What FlyHandled is and isn't: guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.
Draft: the operator's company details and contact addresses on these pages are placeholders. They must be replaced before any ads run or real claims are taken.

1. General guidance, not legal advice
FlyHandled explains passenger-rights rules in general terms. It is not personalised legal advice, and FlyHandled is not a law firm in every jurisdiction. Using the Service does not create a lawyer-client relationship. If you need advice about your specific situation, consult a qualified lawyer.
2. No guaranteed outcome
- Compensation is never guaranteed. Amounts we show are estimates of what you may be eligible for, up to the limit a regulation sets, and apply per passenger.
- Airlines may dispute claims, and may rely on extraordinary circumstances (such as severe weather, air traffic control restrictions or security risks) which can exclude compensation.
- Results depend on the route, the airline, the cause of the disruption, the evidence available, the applicable law and how courts interpret it.
- Amounts converted to another currency are approximate; the legally relevant amount is the one set by the regulation.
3. Flight information
Flight status, positions, altitudes and speeds come from third parties or are estimated. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and must not be relied on for safety or time-critical decisions. Always follow your airline's and airport's instructions.
4. Laws change
Information reflects the rules as understood on the date shown on each page. FlyHandled covers EU261, UK261, Canada's APPR, Brazil's ANAC Resolution 400, Türkiye's SHY-YOLCU, US DOT rules, the Australian Consumer Law and the Montreal Convention. For other countries it offers general guidance only.
5. No endorsement
Airline, airport and authority names are used only to identify them. Their use does not imply endorsement of, or affiliation with, FlyHandled.
Company details in [brackets] are placeholders to be completed before launch.
