If your flight is delayed
At the airport the airline owes you, free:
- Meals and drinks from 2h of delay on flights up to 1,500 km, 3h up to 3,500 km, 4h beyond.
- A hotel and the transport to it when you have to stay overnight.
- Two calls or messages.
- From 5h of delay: another flight, or your money back for the ticket.
The EU rules (the UK's own in the United Kingdom). Ask at the airline's desk and keep every receipt.
