What you may not do with FlyHandled.

1. What you must not do
- Submit claims you know to be false, exaggerated or for flights you did not take.
- Upload forged, altered or someone else's documents.
- Claim for other people without their authority, or claim the same disruption more than once.
- Use FlyHandled for anything unlawful, or to harass airlines, staff or other people.
- Scrape, copy or resell the Service or its data, or submit claims in bulk by automated means.
- Reverse engineer, overload, probe or circumvent the security of the Service.
2. What happens if you do
We may refuse or close claims, suspend or close your account, end paid plans, keep records needed to protect ourselves, and report fraud to the airline or the authorities.
