FlyHandled is an app that tracks your flights for free and helps you claim compensation when a flight is delayed, cancelled or you are denied boarding. Checking a flight is free. If we handle the claim, the fee is 25% of what the airline pays, VAT included, and nothing if it pays nothing.

How we work

We check the flight against the rules in force, first of all EU Regulation 261/2004, and tell you what you are owed.

If you want us to handle it, we send the claim to the airline, deal with the replies and follow up. If needed, we go to the national enforcement body, in Romania ANPC, and then to court through our partner lawyer. You pay nothing in advance.

You can also claim yourself, for free. Every guide tells you how.

The fee

25% of the compensation, VAT included, plus 15% only if it goes to court; both only if the airline pays. Nothing up front.
